DMB Enterprise Corp. is a discrete, traditional company.  We respect the privacy of our customers and appreciate your business. We have not rented or sold our customer list since our founding in 2010. We are careful with the information our customers and visitors provide us and use the utmost discretion with how this information is used, stored and erased.

We do not share addresses, phone numbers, customer history, fitting information or order history to any other company, website or platform.  Visitors to our site may have their data collected through the use of cookies. These cookies are used to collect data for sales tracking, retargeting, data collecting in Google Properties and other search engines for internal analysis only. Retargeting is only used for online advertising for a limited time and any information we collect from Google Properties and other search engines is not shared with any other platform, entity or company.

If you use our website, dmbcorp.com, we collect the user’s “Username” and email if you have clicked the “Remember Me’ checkbox when logging in. All other online store session information stored in cookies is discarded at the end of the user’s browsing session except for IP addresses. IP addresses are logged as part of the security audit purposes and are stored only for approximately four days. That data is then discarded. Only authorized administrative users are able to access orders and user accounts. They have been vetted and are monitored.

We do collect the information you volunteer when placing an order online. To enable us to serve you better, we also keep your order history and fitting notes. This data is not shared or accessible to anyone or any entity outside of DMB Corp. If you choose to provide us with your email address and phone numbers, we will use them only to satisfy your requests for our products and services or when we need to get in touch with you about a specific order. We NEVER share any information about you, or your purchases with any other companies or organizations. We do not collect or store any credit card information, nor do we see any credit card information for online orders other than the name and address.

Email Marketing

Our email marketing platform is a separate entity from dmbcorp.com and is maintained by a well-established global company, with whom we have collaborated with since 2007 and has an excellent reputation for security and discretion. Visitors to our site do not receive any marketing emails unless they choose to sign up for marketing emails through the dmbcorp.com website. Data collected through email is used only for internal analysis. Only authorized personnel who have been vetted and are monitored have access to this information. This data is not shared with any other third-party platform or company. If you would like to receive marketing emails but do not want to any data collected on your email history, please contact us with your request.

Updating Your Email Preferences and Unsubscribing to Marketing Emails

You can update your email preferences and unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time either through the ‘Preferences” link found at the bottom right in any previously received email or by logging in at dmbcorp.com. Go to  “My Account” and change your preference or unsubscribe through the “My Profile” page in the “Email Preferences” section (bottom right-hand corner). By ticking a box, you are consenting to receiving emails based on your interest. By un-ticking a box, you are requesting to be removed from emails based on your interest. Please make sure to save your changes by clicking on the button “Update Profile” (bottom left-hand corner). Otherwise your changes will not be saved.
